Day 2: The Exhaustion of Division

Reading: James 1:5-8

One moment passionate for God, the next distant and distracted. One day trusting, the next anxious and controlling. This instability isn't just spiritual—it bleeds into every area of life, creating emotional fatigue and constant tension. The divided heart knows no peace because it's perpetually at war with itself. You want holiness but keep feeding compromise. You desire purpose but live for others' approval. God offers something better than this exhausting existence: the gift of an undivided heart. He doesn't just demand transformation; He provides the grace to accomplish it. Today, acknowledge the weariness of living between two worlds and ask God for the courage to fully surrender.
